Over 17 years in FCA-regulated financial services, specialising in corporate finance and capital markets for small-cap and mining companies. Jeremy began his career at Ocean Equities, advising on IPOs, secondary offerings and placings across mining and natural resources, before founding and directing several FCA-authorised corporate broking firms. He has served as a director of multiple listed companies across the UK and Canada.
Director Capital Markets
Over 16 years in financial services, spanning regulated advisory roles at Raymond James and Macquarie Private Wealth before establishing himself as an independent principal investor. Peter’s focus throughout has been junior mining and resources — placings, IPO advisory and capital markets transactions — built on a deep network across the sector and a working knowledge of its dynamics, valuation and capital market requirements.
Chief Operating Officer
Over 20 years across equity capital markets, M&A and resource sector transactions. James began in stockbroking before moving into corporate finance, advising on IPOs, secondary placement structuring and execution, and public market M&A. He later held senior commercial roles at BHP and South32, leading acquisitions, divestments, joint ventures and complex commercial agreements in the resources space.
Geology and Technical Review
Terry brings over 30 years of mineral exploration experience across North and South America, with deep technical expertise in copper and gold-silver systems. He has held both senior management and technical roles across numerous public mineral exploration companies, backed by extensive field and operational experience. This combination of scientific rigor and strategic leadership has defined his career. Terry holds a Ph.D. in Geochemistry/Geology.
